While I primarily enjoy science fiction and fantasy, I am also quite eclectic in my reading preferences. Therefore, I would like to showcase a few of my favorite authors who do not primarily write in the sci-fi or fantasy genres. These authors have managed to captivate me with their storytelling skills despite exploring different genres. Here are a few worth mentioning:

OOOOOOO James Rollins! One of my faves and def on my shelves.
I recently discovered his work a few months ago and decided to give one of his books a try. Since then, I have become hooked and now own four of his books. I am planning to make a review video about them in the near future!

Stuart Woods! I'm a big fan of Stuart Woods and I can proudly say that I own 32 of his books! The Stone Barrington collection is definitely one of my favorites from him. What's even better is that I recently stumbled upon some of his titles on sale. Can't wait to add those to my collection!

NEXT ON MY HIT LIST!

Ilona Andrews has a fantastic selection of books, including the popular Hidden Legacy series. The books in this series, in chronological order, are:

1. Burn for Me (2014)
2. White Hot (2017)
3. Wildfire (2017)
4. Diamond Fire (2018)
5. Sapphire Flames (2019)

These books are sure to captivate readers and keep them hooked from beginning to end.

BOOK REVIEWS:

Christine Feehan (about the books: Sci-Fi, soft porn, def sex scenes, paranormal romance)

Christine Feehan has multiple series, so you have plenty to read. The Dark series is what I will start with.

Carpathian vampire hunters are a unique group who have discovered that they can form lifelong bonds with humans. These powerful relationships create an intriguing dynamic as they navigate the clash between light and dark, good and evil, and love and obsession. Packed with thrilling action and intense battle scenes, this book series offers an exciting read for those who enjoy high-stakes adventures and the struggle between opposing forces. With its blend of science fiction and vampire lore, this series is sure to captivate fans. Once you start reading, you won't be able to stop at just one book.

This is the first book in the Dark series. Dark Prince.

Shadow series by Christine Feehan

Let's be real. Smoky HOT men on motorcycles who are badass is quite frankly sexy as HELL. This series is about a family not totally of blood but found each other thru survival of extreme childhood trauma. They have some ummmm INTERESTING talents in the bedroom and out of it.

First book in series Shadow Rider

Game series by Christine Feehan

Okay. I sorta promise this is the last series I will share by Christine Feehan and move on. (Fingers crossed ;).

The first book in the series is Shadow Game. Oh, my lord the action and love scenes in this series is unexplainable. But I imagine caught in a web and a spider just drawing ya closer and closer. Sooooo, sorry to my arachnophobia peeps. But for real it makes ya have a need for more. So, ill share a link and ya'll come join the fun.

oh, the review, I got carried away. LMAO. Classified experiments changed our characters into super soldiers with some pretty intense talents. And then the betrayal, to where they are actually modified to only pair with certain others. AND then hunted! ya'll can't miss this series. It is soooo good. Click name it's a link to the first book Shadow Game.

So, (yup I say "so" a lot, lol) Buying books can be pricey, especially if you read a lot like I do. In order to save money, I like to shop at used bookstores and occasionally supplement with purchases from larger retailers. This not only helps support small businesses, but also benefits my wallet. However, relying solely on used bookstores and similar sources can sometimes leave gaps in a series if you're trying to read in order. Additionally, the selection may be limited. That's why I actively search for deals and membership discounts, so I can fill in those gaps without breaking the bank. I'll always share any good finds I come across and provide my opinion on whether it's worth it or not.

PC Cast Moon Chosen Tales of the new world series.

PC Cast Sun Warrior Tales of the new world series.

PC Cast Wind Rider Tales of the new world series.

Alrighty my peeps I am going to change it up a little. This next series I had every book until we had a sewer backup disaster several years ago. So now I have half a series, sigh. I will get them back eventually.

Rogue Angel by Alex Archer-

The first book in the series is Destiny. They are still writing the series. It is a really big, amazing series that will keep you reading. Annja Creed is our lovely, strong main character. She reminds me of Angelina Jolies Tomb Raider. She is an archaeologist who has a magic sword. Always on adventures and running into evil. Action packed, which is what I love to read. If a book bores me, I cannot finish it. I have not run into that yet with this series.

Secret of the Monkey King [Dramatized Adaptation] : Rogue Angel 61

As an avid reader, I have a wide range of interests when it comes to books. While I do enjoy Fiction, Sci Fi, and Fantasy genres, I also like to explore other categories. Recently, I came across a live stream that caught my attention. It features a group of ladies who discuss and recommend books that I don't typically read. This piqued my curiosity and made me realize that there are probably many fantastic books out there that I haven't even considered. I believe it's important to broaden our reading choices and explore new genres every now and then. So, I thought I'd share the link to this live stream with you all with the hope that it might introduce you to some compelling books outside of your comfort zone as well. Happy reading!
